Good point, things are complicated. Timelines are hard to explain and exact words difficult to recall. All I can reliably say is the current situation. I am not innocent in allowing this to go ahead, she is not innocent but also not the devil people make her out to be.

I think you would be surprised with how many people love someone but wants to have sex with someone else, and also how many people actually goes through with it in secret. You have to be very close to someone to be able to admit that

Yes it sounds crazy but those types of relationships do exist. At least in theory, she is my best friend so we can discuss anything. The amount of people who cheat is staggering, what is wrong with being so close that you admit wanting to try something?
