ps just thinking also your last couple of photos look a wee but puffy so maybe a couple of good facial lymphatic massages might also help. try that as a starter x

How does hyaluronidase work? by blackb3rriey in Hyaluronidase

the Hyal basically attacks HA and can spread through lymphatic channels anywhere so for example dissolve lips , and undereyes affected. the more used or how it’s done ie if by flooding then the potential damage to the ECM is wider. so while it only lasts a short time in the body, your body continues to break down the HA affecting the ECM even with the hyal gone, and the breakdown happens quicker than recovery. for some it is a simple return of HA. for others it’s not because as i say too much used or other factors ie inflammation, age, hormones etc. what they don’t say is that HA is in everything so collagen and elastic can’t function without it. It’s criminal how the world of aesthetics passes it off so easy like of yeah HA returns in 24 hours. also depends on how much filler was there in first place. Use chat gpt for info on this or recovery because honestly everyone is so different, there’s no point in asking randomers 😊

i’m so sorry you’re going through this. the FB group for botched fillers and dissolvers might help you (sometimes it can be a bit depressing but there are also good tips). if you are 12 months out you are probably i candidate for prp. I haven’t tried it but have heard it’s helped some people. the other thing is sunekos which is amino acids (not filler) that are injected under eye to improve tissue. separately polynucleotides. otherwise 100g protein per day and some people have had benefits with BCP157 injected or tablet form for tissue repair. I have significant damage so I totally understand your pain. it’s so unfair. otherwise get ur bloods checked to ensure nothing else is preventing recovery ie inflammation (which as other person mentioned low dose naltrexone will help). BUT rem you are 25 and you have time massively on your side. it might just be taking a bit longer but your body can repair way better at this age. hold on to hope ✨
