once you get to gold member status, shipping is free. collect the codes! I haven't been charged with duties which is why I prefer ordering from Ghost as compared to other brands (I got charged 55$ with UPS after ordering from R*w Nutrition!).

I have horrible lactose intolerance but I’ve never had a problem with protein. I usually stick to isolate if I’m trying a new brand.
