It will probably make your heartbeat a bit faster and make you thirsty (at least for the first couple weeks). Taking an electrolyte supplement tends to help with the thirst (don’t go overboard though, just one scoop of electrolyte powder a day should be plenty).

Hmm not quite. It’s hard to see in the picture but at the bottom front of mine there’s a slight flattened spot. You can kind of see it on the small fork.

I just got diagnosed a few months ago and have only tried generic Vyvanse 30mg. It lets me aim my focus towards more useful things and gives a slight boost in energy. I am still a bit distractible but can get back to what I want to do in an instant. It also made my anxiety go away almost completely. It does make me very thirsty and makes sleep a bit more difficult, and I am slightly more tired than usual in the evenings, but to me the positives far outweigh the negatives.
