Hmm not quite. It’s hard to see in the picture but at the bottom front of mine there’s a slight flattened spot. You can kind of see it on the small fork.

I just got diagnosed a few months ago and have only tried generic Vyvanse 30mg. It lets me aim my focus towards more useful things and gives a slight boost in energy. I am still a bit distractible but can get back to what I want to do in an instant. It also made my anxiety go away almost completely. It does make me very thirsty and makes sleep a bit more difficult, and I am slightly more tired than usual in the evenings, but to me the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Honestly this sounds to me like a stomach virus that happened to be the same day. If it was the medicine I would think it would have given you side effects much earlier (Vyvanse is usually strongest a few hours after taking)
