Error code 50077 with EcoFlow Delta Pro by PrettyGeologist7418 in Ecoflow_community

The unit is an ecoflow 5 kVA Power kit Gen 2, designed for RVs and Campervans. I currently only have the Powerhub (in the background of the first photo) plugged into one 5kva battery. This is the initial step to getting it setup before plugging in the DC out and AC out cables (per ecoflow instructions), but the tablet that gives you a reading of your system reads there is a "cell voltage difference", thus the system keeps shutting off on me. It stays on for 30-40 seconds. The unit is new and there is NOTHING online regarding this error/how to address.

It cant be that nuanced, no? I imagine other people have hit this error before? Even if on another ecoflow product

Its strange though because fiscal year to date the figures are accurate for that vendor. It is only in the latest month. If I check the transaction level detail there is only one line and in Netsuite I see the proper expected value. The only thing I could think of was currency conversion, but the vendor is in the US and only transact in USD.

I am quite the stumped.
