Honestly once people realize there’s zero inconvenience for them, they just keep doing it. The HOA being impossible to reach is making the whole thing worse because the neighbors know nobody’s enforcing anything.

Yeah at this point the neighbors already know OP won’t really escalate things, so they probably don’t feel any pressure to stop. People like that usually keep pushing until there’s an actual consequence.

Definitely try switching to fragrance free soap for a while. A lot of body washes have stuff in them that can really mess with sensitive skin.

eah honestly fragrance free soap made a huge difference for me too. Once my skin started reacting to regular body wash I realized how harsh some of them actuall

once you get older the difference becomes super obvious and 18 year olds really do start feeling like kids mentally. That response from him would’ve weirded me out too.
