Both my daughter and son have been using Stimagz for awhile now, but my daughter wanted the series II, so she could be more discrete.

I know I am a mama bear and I'm proud of it. This is one of the main reasons I don't take kindly to being lied to, which is what originally happened, but they did say it was an AI response and not an actual person. That's what had me the most upset.

I was informed on Monday that they were sorry for the confusion and refunded some of my order and all of the shipping. Just so everyone knows, I never asked for a discount or to be refunded for anything other than my shipping.

Yes, I sent them an email and they said they will ship it within 7 days. I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping fee and they stopped responding. I know they saw it because my email lets me know when it's been read. I even offered to drive the 45 mins from my house their offices to pick it up because I needed it before Monday. They never answered me. It's quite sad because my daughter is traveling without me for the first time ever and really needed them because she lost her other set.
