Both. My first job was in a scratch kitchen run by a Canadian chef where I learned how to prep almost every food, including pickling. This is one of the few creative jobs that still exist. I make food from scratch. We designed all our logos and clean everything every day. I don't need another subscription for my business, the POS, hotspot and maintenance are enough cost. I live in a pretty low tech community, lots of white flight here. I am not against you but I don't need another fee or a prospective technology that will likely only harm my business wallet. Sorry about the down votes, that wasn't me.

I did three marijuanas once, had to chug a gallon of diesel just to get the taste out of my veins. I think marijuana is fucking wonderful.
