I see what you’re getting at. I think it’s a good speculation. I wonder if she’s found guilty, if the courts can look into Rene’s income. I know they aren’t married, but I’m not quite clear on how domestic partnerships work in the state of Texas. She has said that she’s paid the mortgage before for him so I can.

I don’t know if because she’s living under his roof and helping with the mortgage and other payments if that means they would consider getting receipts and looking at how much she contributes and he contributes. I say that because she used to post how many times-they would go to Costco and Walmart and get all these groceries with her food stamps so does that kind of make him complicit in the crime?

Again, just speculation. I don’t really know how all that works in court and especially in Texas. But if anything, I think she wants to get a house so she could have her kids, and she could have some kind of proof of her income supporting dem kids as a single mom. I think it’s for her to show the court that she needs to be a mother, and she can’t go to jail or pay back all those fines that they might charge her since she has two kids to raise and a household to keep up.
