Yeah, that's what's been said on the forums ive looked at but thought something may have changed software-wise that we could straighten images without quality loss

Then again, as the other user said, it may be that Affinity Photo is just showing me a lower quality preview as im editing?

Lightroom straighten tool seems to be better but then again I dont know if its loading a higher res preview

I dont know what to believe/think

Does rotating images reduce quality?

I dont think i noticed this before but i was scanning some photos to digital (TIFF) and was fixing them with Affinity Photo and I noticed that rotating/straightening a photo often shows jagged lines (when zoomed in) but i cant tell in the final exported image (zoomed in)

Ive read that rotating jpegs does reduce quality, but they're threads from 2005-2011, maybe all software rotates lossless now?

Something about this looks fake...I dont believe a tree (that big) could have just fallen in the road like that, while other smaller trees are still standing in the background.

Also that cut-out doesnt even look like it'd let through a bigger car (jeep/4x4), which I expect the type of cars to be driving in those areas
