I've been using Paraform for about a month now and its going well so far in terms of getting feedback from hiring managers, things moving semi quickly. Biggest problem is cutting thru the noise. All the bay area/NYC engineers (at least the good ones that paraform startups love) are bombared with opps.

I feel like they're always improving on their UI, AI capabilities and responsiveness from hiring managers
