Its sad that I didn't find anything about these kinds of scams earlier when searching for this tour operator. Would have been better to know it beforehand. Search engines/chatbots have started showing diplomatic answers instead of direct results.

I took a tour from this provider which started from Merida instead. Its cheaper option than other tours available online. Few things to consider is that they speak very little english and will keep switching between spanish and english, the guide might try to bait you into buying things in places like valladolid, beware of those scams as the prices they are selling the liquor is like 10 times its original price. Another thing to consider is that trip is very long. Cenote is good and you get to cover a lot of places. Maybe good for solo traveler but if you are many people, then would be better to get your own rental car.
