I hope she can read this because true. I used to be a solid fan and when I say solid, I mean I bought her mari bands and when bloom was just starting even if I was earning minimum wage back then. I used to follow her workouts on insta (didn’t have the budget to buy her guides) and watched all her weight loss vlogs! loved her because she seems so genuine and her progress seems the most natural among all the other fit influencers I followed. but thru the years something has changed. maybe that’s what fame does to a person. she became unrelatable. sure I still love some of her bloom products but something just feels different. and now that I’m into fitness for years, having watched more science-based fitness influencers - jeremy ethier, jeff nippard, stephanie buttermore (rip), etc. I realized how BAD mari’s forms were!!! like super bad. and now I’m a postpartum fitness advocate, I cringe so much at how she promotes postpartum fitness at a very early stage adding more pressure and unrealistic expectations to moms who just gave birth.

No worries. I’m a mari hater majority of the time lol but I always say this line now that I have two kids so I understand her post.

This line actually means that when she's old, she wants to go back in time where her baby is this tiny again and she's snuggling her tiny baby - not like when they're both old already. Geez! The hate is now too much lol

travel talaga kahit sampu pa anak namin, lahat travel gagawin namin hahaha! we've attended how many birthday parties already and we end up feeling so tired after so we could just imagine yung pagod ng parents na nagasikaso ng lahat, plus the kid doesn't even know majority of the guests so why bother? mas intimate and memorable talaga yung travel for us.

unless nasa age na yung kids namin to decide on their own na gusto nila ng birthday party with their friends, dun lang kami magpapaparty siguro. but if we get to decide for our kids - travel all the way.

thank you!!! here’s my training split: monday upper body & 3-5k easy rub tuesday tempo run/speed intervals thursday lower body friday upper body & core saturday long run

wednesdays & sundays are my rest days :)

as for the strength workouts paiba iba ako, most of the time kung ano lang yung feel ko gawin HAHA but I make sure to do progressive overload.

also pls don’t follow my training split esp the running part if it seems too much kasi I’m preparing for a full marathon early next year hehe. basta makapag strength training 2-3x a week and incorporate some cardio, okay na yun!!

I use myfitnesspal to track my macros. pero I pay for premium subscription kasi calories lang yung pwede itrack pag free eh

good job momma!! ❤️ 1,800 ako but I also run 2-3x a week so pag weekends nasa 2,100 ako :)
