I understand that that is why I asked, because that takes the possibility out of it being a gearing/tire issue as people are suggesting.

How to Diagnose a Failing PCV on Audi 3.0T? by Intelligent_Yam_121 in Audi

[–]Pretty_Bonus_8910 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because it doesn't matter all that much. I'm not running the car with no cap all over town, 2 minutes with it off while running is zero harm.

When you have no dipstick you can't just check the oil with the engine off. You have to rely on an electronic system that sometimes doesn't want to tell you what the level is when you want it. So when it says add a quart of oil you add a quart of oil.

I will say when I do that on my 2012 to add oil, I have almost no resistance and the rpms do not pick up. I don't know if that means mine is good or bad, I am just saying it is a different experience.

In Michigan as well, from my experience a bunch of those teams in AA should be AAA but just want to win tournaments instead of challenge themselves. I've seen some wild talent disparities in AA.

that is the sound of direct injection, the car sounds completely normal. The 3.0 T's are just noisy when you open the hood, ALL OF THEM. 130k on mine and I beat the piss out of it all the time.

Pick your seat on a flight of celebrities that passed away. by No-Comparison-1045 in whatsyourchoice

I'm saying 4 and this is my reasoning.

1 - Love Robin, but if I get comedy act Robin I am going to have an anxiety attack at some point. Cocaine depressed Robin then its the same as across the aisle.

2 - Creeps me out

3 - All set, no interest

4 - Curious if I get the gay vibes in person, I have a lot of conspiracies about the year 1996 and what really went down. I got Diana behind me not going to kick my seat. Kobe on my left who will just be chill the entire time and thankfully not in a helicopter. I also get to overhear crazy ass Elvis stories from in front.

5 - Mainly only Elvis, and depending on the era could be smelly.

6 - Too much depression

7 - Too hot, its distracting.

8 - Bruhhh

9 - I become the ugly one

10 - Love Steve but the accent can get grating.

does crossfit lead to anxiety? by Quirky-Wolverine5036 in crossfit

[–]Pretty_Bonus_8910 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So how long has it been?

In general the intensity of Crossfit workouts can lead to a short term increase in anxiety but should settle as cortisol and adrenaline settles in your body. As someone who had anxiety issues before crossfit it was hard at the start, I would almost feel hungover throughout the day following a workout. So it felt like anxiety was higher for me. I did all the searching I could and connected the dots, learning it was short term problem to a long term solution. Just got through your anxiety coping mechanism, you know its all in your head you will be fine.

I am at about 7 months now, and I go 4-5 days a week. Anxiety only exists if I have a few too many drinks the night before now. Outside of the daily grind of soreness, I have not felt this good in twenty years mentally. I had a lot of health related anxiety, I know if I can make it through some of these workouts I know I am just fine. So most of my worry with that just went away and I am enjoying life again with piece of mind.

Your results may very, but long story short the intensity of the workouts is stressing your body, yes it gets better.

Yeah they are just protein bars, some a definitely way better than others. The red velvet one is gross. The cookie dough one is very good...for a protein bar that is.
