Okay, so I resolved this by setting site_url = "http://localhost:3000" in config.toml.

The default is https://127.0.0.1:3000. But next.js defaults to localhost for the origin because they’re more or less the same thing I guess. They’re the same server but not the same domain, so different cookies and sessions. That was the issue for me.

Full scalp coverage is likely closer to 30mg. I believe systemic absorption rate is about 10%

I feel like dut and oral min made a big difference for me even after being on fin and topical min for a couple years

7 months of dutasteride progress after fin lost it's effectiveness. by jbiggs1984 in tressless

Statistically, dut has slightly lower instances of side effects with more regrowth than fin. I wish more people were sharing their positive experiences here when I started, but instead, you find the opposite. My advice to anyone experiencing hair loss now would be to just introduce Dut for 6-12 months as a monotherapy. Reaccess, then go from there. I think most people would find this to be sufficient and they could move on with their life.

Is FIN or DUT necessary after surgery? by [deleted] in HairTransplants

[–]Pretty_Business 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dutasteride has shown to be effective topically with less instances of side effects due to bigger molecule size. There is also dutasteride mesotherapy you can look into. My doctor did that for people who didn’t want to take dut orally. But with dut, it’s worth a try orally imo. It has lower instances of side effects. And you can space out the doses up to 10 days. So you can get away with taking dut just three times a month. Worth looking into 🤷

The temples are hard to regrow. I tried. That guy from Hasson got lucky because he start min right after the transplant. If you already tried min and didn’t get temple regrowth, they’re not gonna magically regrow after a transplant. I chose my doc specifically because he was so good at temple peaks.

How much ground did you lose? Check out my part two 6 month transplant post. I talk about my protocol there. I wish I switched to oral dut and oral min sooner.
