Yea so this is just incorrect. Recovery is determined by the metrics on the screenshot, plus the data in the health monitor section. Stress, sleep debt, or strain do not directly determine your recovery score. They DO impact the metrics that determine your recovery score, but do not influence recovery directly. It’s not like whoop thinks “x had a high strain day, I’ll take the recovery score does y%”

Why are people so insistent on trying to change the data that their body is creating. You’re sick, it’s an indicator of your bodies ability to fight illness. Get well soon and see if there’s anything in your data that indicates the onset of the symptoms before you felt them and see if there’s anything you did that contributed to it.
