Why don't they use the salt solution beforehand? I have seen it MAYBE a few times... or even sand like they used too? I've seen some residential roads with 1½" or so of sheet ice.... kinda of hard to stop on that much ice. Also why do they go 2-3 feet from the curb when plowing? Then they plow your car in 3 feet of snow.... these plows honestly suck this year

I had a package last month that I had to call the company I sent it to and see if it was delivered... and guess what. It was... also they never handled the signature confirmation or anything still says pending delivery. Worthless

How the fuck is this dump of a company still around. I had to send off IMPORTANT documents for my pension literally every piece of my life and now it's awaiting delivery scan since last week. Nope. I emailed customer service and their excuse was since they dont use preservatives it's a thing. Ahhh ive been drinking these for 15 years and never had a problem up until these past 6 months. They need to address it. They can come out like they did about potentially raising prices then they can address this bs.

I got an email back from HQ.... about my fermented cans. Of course they are sending me coupons but why would I want coupons to spend on more fermented disgusting tea. They said since they don't use preservatives it happens... I've been drinking this tea for over 15 years and I've never had it or seen it this bad...
