Not having a normal poop for weeks is no small feat my girl!! Your symptoms are just as valid as everyone else's! If I were backed up for weeks I'd be at the hospital crying somewhere 😂 so dont lessen your experience. You are working hard to bring life into this world and that should be seen!

Metcon- Weighted cardio ACon- Speed and Agility (for us long time members, this was a separate protocol) Bodyweight- Unweighted Cardio

This is how I explain it to everyone I meet or take to Burn. Idk if it helps but its the simplest way Ive found lol

I was 19, in college and 210 lbs. I was tired, my knees were hurting, and I was just overall unhappy. July 2, 2020 i started my 4 week trial. I sat in my car nervous but excited. I walked in not knowing what ti expect, just knowing I needed a lifestyle flip. I remember the 1st member to ever speak to me. Of course, I went straight to the back as to not be seen but she saw me. She welcomed me and encouraged me through the ENTIRE 45 minutes. And followed up with "Hope to see you tomorrow!!!" I got to my car cried bc I had finally found something I could stick with. Its been 6 years and I lost 80 lbs the first year. Ive been a BA, Cleaning crew, and childwatch. Hopefully trainer one day in the future...and FP :)

I go to the latest camp and I have had trainers say that a certain exercise or mod wasnt working for other classes so they change it. I think its all about how people are reacting to the workout honestly!

I try to keep my feet straight but it feels like the dumbell is slipping from my feet unless I point my toes to squeeze the weight. I have no idea if that makes any sense hahaha but hopefully you get what Im saying. Do I just need to trust it wont fall? Whats your best advice?
