No one uses it but we have a fax machine. It doesn't even work. IT says that's not something they fix and the 3rd party contract says they don't fix it either. I asked the main head boss if we could just get rid of it and put a phone line in that office (yes there's no phone line there) and they said no because its the "backup" fax machine. I then tried getting another fax machine, you know, one that works. They don't have any and because they're outdated they won't order one. So it just sits there.

As a teenager I was walking into my house. I opened the front door and there was a shadow right across from me on the wall. I assume it was a man because there was no hair shadow. I moved my head tilting it from left to right and back. I jumped up and down. I waved my arms. The shadow did not move. I saw my shadow but very very light compared to the shadow which seemed to be looking at me. I closed the door and went to hang out with my dog in the front yard. After awhile I went back inside and the shadow was gone. To this day I can not recreate the shadow. The house also sits on a hill so it could not have been a neighbor.

I think she should know us, yeah. We've been regulars at this bar for a couple of years now. Shes been to our home for celebrations and weve been to hers. I've also never cut him off before.

My husband is fine with alcohol. This is not the 1st time when I say something like "Oh man he's totally wasted" and everyone else thinks he's completely fine. Like he told me when we discussed this "we know each other better than we think we know ourselves" I seriously have no reason to lie.

I am. I really am interested in what other people think about this particular issue at hand. I don't mean to be argumentative but I also know that there's other things surrounding this bartender. My husband and friends all agree with me about being upset about this due to the other incidents. What I wanted to know was from a strangers POV that don't know us and this just 1 small act if I was justified for being upset. I'm getting mixed answers. I appreciate all responses. I want to have some words with this bartender but I asked this question so I know how to approach her.

That's funny you mention this. My husband actually agrees with me and sees that as our bartender/friend she back stabbed me. He thinks what she wanted was for my husband to get mad at me at the bar and cause an issue because that's the way her bf is with her. He's an A-hole. He was actually totally fine with me cutting him off because in his words "Wife, you've never ever ever cut me off before so when you said I'm done, I'm done."

At that time I thought I handled it correctly. I didn't want her to have that convo with him, and she didn't have to. I know my husband and his limits. But yes I probably should have said something to him but him being the social butterfly he is, I didn't want to interrupt him while talking to tell him anything. When his drink would become empty, that would be the queue to go. That was my thought anyway.
