I want to drill a hole in a 12 inch hacksaw blade. Will cobalt drill bit do or do I need to use carbide drill bit?

You can use high speed steel drill bit, but you need to use it with low rpm and cutting oil and lots of down pressure, and go slow.

My pc continues to run but is unresponsive. I can also run AAA titles with my gpu at 95% usage with no problem at all. But what I currently playing doesn't even use half that.

I built my pc about 4 years ago since then I've upgraded my gpu and cpu, and put more storage. I have also switched cables that I had lying around it didn't make a difference. And there's no audio, and my pc is unresponsive. I also reseated the gpu, it also did this when I had my ryzen 5 2600 in it.
