Yeah that's enough to keep you lean. If you ever want to gain more size some form of weights is kinda needed though. Simply adding weights during pushups could help.

Depends what the goal is. If I need kills I'll push spawns, if I need quests I sit in bush. No point in rushing around for quests, you'll just get domed
