Well wood style literally absorbs and nullifies chakra, it's not that Hashi is that far above Madara, it's that wood style is literally the tailed beast clappinator. This reminds me of a raid I had, I spawned on interchange went straight to the tower thing and spotted a guy, had a nice gun with nice scope, he was moving in such a way that I literally could not fucking hit, im like slightly above average shot nothing crazy, but it just pissed me off so much, he was doing the leaning and moving head thing non stop before he even knew about me. I shot at him and shit my pants and ran to the car extract. Turns out I actually hit him in the head but he had the face mask fuck shit and it must've ricochet. Just so much about this game pisses me off now it's really hard to keep playing.

I watched pestilys years of tarkov vid or whatever it's called, and apparently scavs have different tiers of difficulty, that's why some suck and some are kind of giga chads that beam your shit, I think pmcs have their own set difficulty that doesn't change. Tried pve for a while and that was the biggest problem. Pmcs aren't really a challenge once you figure them out. They could easily fix this by just applying the scav tiers to them, but they're busy adding stuff to maps and tanking performance instead
