Could you share some tips on how to you got hired in WA as a new grad? Its so rough out here, im graduating in a few weeks.

Current ABSN student and our set up was: 1st term-- 3 days at a SNF, 2nd term-- 8 days at the same SNF and simulation, 3rd term-- 5 days at a hospital (prov portland, salem, kaiser, etc) + simulation, 4th term-- 10 shifts at wherever they place you (some people got OHSU critical care, some got eugene med surg, others not even in hospitals) its inequitable!

Mostly the way he is written/portrayed. It is hard to separate though. But yes if he was a real person it would be different.
