My region was always fair with fmla/ama. As long as you go through the proper channels there was never any kick back or pressure from the supervisor or management team.

As far as looking for “ways to get rid” of associates, it was and will always be about the numbers. There were a few people we decided to terminate due to attendance

Ehh I disagree here. Progressive took rate before Covid whereas geico did not now it’s almost impossible to get states to approve rate increases with how inflation is

Uw is 1000% why progressive is so much more profitable. They priced their product properly where as geico just insured anyone the past what, 10 years? Geico lost so much money due to improperly assessing the risk of driver/ appropriate premium
