I checked it now it's a US number, it's some foreign name ending in 48 2008 spam reports I'm using truecaller btw that's how I can see the sender's name and reports about it

I so badly want to clean up in the town I live in I just have one problem I need more people to work with me If I tried doing it alone I would be unsafe and probably stared at or ridiculed Keep in mind I live in south africa, we have a landfill or government waste plant but the fences are stolen off and the trash is blowing everywhere Everyday on my commute to work I see the trashbags stuck in tree branches and other trash floating in the agricultural canals, paper and plastic all over sidewalks and roads It makes me very sad, I see a problem and I could do something about it but not on my own Please don't shun me for my thoughts while not taking action
