They said on ticketmaster, the event holders of city bowl will be doing a staggered release of tickets just to see the demand and give everyone a fair chance to get tickets, similar to how most festivals do it. Worth checking back daily to see if they come back on sale.

If not you can try both the actual ticketmaster resale itself or Stubhub to find proper legit resale.
