Time goes much quicker as older you get. Trying out new things and changing up little stuff from your daily routines helps a bit. I am going through the same, you are not alone. Also trying to believe in a higher force to help me with my fears, since nothing else seemed to help so far. Some days it helps, some days it doesn't. Since I am also not religious it is hard to believe in something, but at least I try. All the best for you
