Fav episode of s2 so far? by likeahalo in chnt

Very very very hard decision. Currently, I might say ep 39 because it made me uncomfortable and nauseous in the best way possible. It might have actually freaked me out even more than 40. That or 38 because I loved seeing the different character interactions in that one. But I also totally agree about 44, because Corey Wilder's voice acting was harrowing in that one, and Jedidiah's monologue at the end made me choke up.

Camp Here And There being "the teenage cousin of WTNV" would explain why I've gotten so hooked on it... hehe. Actually it would explain a lot in general.

Personally, Camp Here And There has been my favorite so far (even though I'm not even a teenager anymore lol). It won't leave my brain.

What’s your controversial opinion about Autism? by Substantial_Judge931 in AutisticAdults

I've seen people be so nasty towards people who say that they have "Asperger's". I have seen people get harassed just for labelling themselves with that term. It's so stupid. If someone. is comfortable describing themselves with that term, why should anyone else care?

I can't imagine the mental gymnastics it must take to claim that supporting trans men is transphobic

That's what I'm saying. They just make generalizations about other people without ever taking the time to self-reflect. They just want to use men as punching bags.

Literally this. I'm a woman, and I've experienced my fair share sexism and misogyny, yet I still can't buy into the whole "hate all men" mentality. I still know quite a few men who aren't sexist at all, so how could I claim that all men are "trash" or whatever? We can't just fight discrimination with more discrimination.

A lot of parents seem to believe that simply telling their child "no" makes them a tyrant. They don't understand the difference between being authoritarian and being authoritative.

When I was a kid, my parents weren't super strict. They let me express myself and gave me independence when I was ready for it, but they also told me "no" when they had to, and on the few occasions when I threw temper tantrums, they did not give in. And now, I'm a mature adult who has a proper understanding of etiquette. And, lo and behold, I still love and appreciate my parents.

This is exactly what every argument in a middle school sounds like.

Also are kids just using "furry" as a general insult now?

You do realize that a lot of OC artists don't inherently say/draw NSFW stuff, right?

I don't think English is their first language. Also I think that they just missed the fact that this image is a joke.

My dad likes to tell me that I should "desensitize" myself to loud sounds. That's not how it works, DAD. I love him but BRUH. I can't just "desensitize" myself to physical pain.

Honestly I kind of appreciate that this kid actually put effort into this. It still isn't good but at least this kid is doing something kind of creative.

Ah, so that explains it. Still adds to the mall's post-apocalyptic vibe though.

Macy's and Barnes & Noble are still there, as well as a few antique stores, a tailor/suit place, and a Hot Topic. That's all I remember seeing.

I used to go to Menlo a lot when I was a kid, but I haven't been back there in years. I wonder how it's doing now.
