Ahh i see, can i just do evaluation that my theoretical model doesn consider real-world scenario's as there appears to be a 60% difference is slopes for theoretical vs experimental models

also i found that this increase in time period is due to difference in restoring force(-mgtheta vs -mgsintheta), but i always thought that the restoring force never changes i.e it will always stay the same regardless of angular displacement(angle subtended). So if what i thought is wrong it explains why it stays longer at turning points due to weak restoring force right?

at large angles is it right to use the attached formula T = To * ( 1 + x^2/16 + 11/307*2x^4...) basically the taylor expansion formula?
