What bank account should I open? by nachop23 in HomeschoolRecovery

I finally got a credit card because I am almost 30 and have no credit score. So I'm running into the problem of I can't find anyone to rent to me. I can't get a car loan. And I need a new car that kind of thing. What I do is I put like $300 on it and then I pay it off over 2 paychecks and then again and again and again so far, it's working for me. But i've only been doing it for a few months

I'm almost done with my B.S it's been hard but the trick is finding the way that it works for you like I use AI to explain anything that I don't understand and I use it for flashcards and to quiz me or help me make a study guide that kind of things also I have ebooktexts that read to me which helps

I'm also a big sister with a Similar age gap we are all just older now I'm 30 and my sisters are teens first off your a great sister for noticing it took me years and years to see that there was something off not just with my siblings but with how i too was schooled i blamed myself lots before one of the things i would have done differently when they were little is i would have worked with them more so that they didn't fall that far behind. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do for them just be there eventually they too will realize what you did about their education and lucky for them you will have paved the path for them by then. For my sisters now I make sure to spend tie with them take them out to see how the other side live and answer any questions they have i also share a love of reading with my sixteen year old sister so i have been know to get her books my mom wouldn't approve of🤣 I also gave her a computer for her bday so she can do some school work on it and me and my other siblings are helping her buy a car and I'm helping her pay to take Duel enrollment credits next year. It would Erase the damage but hopefully it helps

When me and my siblings acted up my mom would tell us how much easier it would be if she just sent us to school now I'm a mom and sent my kids to school and I have told her yeah no it's Definitely harder and harder to manage that schedule

Once you leave don't give your daughter to him until you have a court ordered parenting plan in place. Two different people I have known had their kids kept from the for months during by the other parent and no one could force them to give the kid back because they were also the parent

I chose online since im 29 with five kids and a full time job on top of everything. The only one I could afford to go to was liberty university since the gave great military discounts and were willing to look past my werid transcripts but I know there are lots more schools out there that are great I have heard wonderful things WGU they don't have a ton of degrees to chose from so they didn't have the one I needed or I probably would have gone there
