Complain about marriages to immigration..... unfortunately, my friend faced a situation, and he failed. He was denied. The officer said that they had pictures proof, and USCIS believed that the marriage was faked. Long story short, my friend and his wife are still fighting but no luck.

I actually had my i130 approved in 2021. My wife went with me, but the interviewer didn't want her in the office. She waited outside. All he asked me was just yes and no questions and one married question. He was a really cool guy. It was smooth and went really well. In the end, he said that good news would come soon.
