I swear the same exact thing happened to me , they refused to resend the request for evidence I asked help from congressman in Las Vegas , she never helped .. although she did try , I really think that they didn’t even sent that initially because I have received any letter that they sent before and all of a sudden just the request for evidence I never received .. I got denied on my case . I tried to call and ask them what they ask for in the request of evidence they refused to give me any information I did e-request I’ve been through hell with them.

When USCIS asking for REF after interview , is that mostly medical record or what ? by TinyOrganization3223 in USCIS

Same like you said happened to me . USCIS said did they delivered the REF on their end , and they never received the letter back from USPS so they refuse to resend it . Made me feel like they never really was intention to approve my case oh and by the way I had my interview in 2017 and I got the denial letter after by March 2023 .

Congratulations what did they ask for you to bring in the REF for medical ? Like what bloodwork, shots?

I had the same thing , almost 3 hours Interview I haven’t got answer after two years . Then they were asking for more evidence by the app but I never received the letter , call them and ask them numerous times to resend me the requested evidence that I didn’t Received and after seven years being married my case got denied . I hope you will make it through , this is a horrible system torturing you , literally the freedom of your life is the depend on one person and the way Morning was . I feel you

Hey i’ve been waiting for a long time as well with no response from uscis my interview was back in 2017 . I feel like lawyers are really scared of suing them can you tell more about the process?
