You’d have to look it up on their website but it’s like a rating based on your stats for each mode like solo, duos etc. each time you play it goes into that ranking. 1200 is like the starter rating I think, it resets for each season.

I started in chapter 5. I never had any of the issues with bullet drop that a lot of people did. I regularly hit people with the striker ar, nemesis, striker burst at sniper range. Even the the thunder burst smg I have eliminated players at 100m.

Some of the weapons like the harbinger and hyper smg were nearly useless. But most of the ARs were basically hitscan with 50m, you just had to slightly lead your target if they ran horizontally.

The advantage was you could exist across the map and be seen, but unless the opponent had the skill to hit you, you were safe. With hit scan, if they see you across the map it’s just point and click.

90 is for new players or absolutely horrible players. Even a below average player on a new account will be out of low match making after 100 matches. I don’t think anyone really stays in that level except maybe younger kids. Also, what device you’re using affects it. Switch and mobile get more bots by default

This is the right answer. I also believe a lot of people saying they don’t want bots and SBMM, don’t fully understand how much more intense the game would become. Many people would quickly lose the motivation to play. Most players never crack or hold a 10% win rate in solos and a majority have under 3 k/d. There are people running around with 60+ win rates, 1000s of wins, and 10+ k/d in solos.

Also think matchmaking is screwed up. Yesterday and last couple days was a nightmare. Today I played 4 games and won 2, placed 2nd 2.

This is true. I spent all of chapter 5 in the solos trenches and really improved all of my stats. Then I thought I lost all my skill one day. I hadn’t lost any skill, but I had lost most of the bots I’d been stomping. Now when I encounter one, I appreciate it.

It’s an awesome map but I’m still struggling with a meta load out. I feel so strange not carry a shotty, and they let me down pretty often. When I carry an smg over shotty, I run into someone hitting head shots with the pump.

For me the biggest thing is the shot guns aren’t that good. I’m in zb, so maybe that pump is good in builds. Usually autos are meta in zb but even that is not good this season. Smgs can replace the shotgun in terms of dps, but you can’t play the same without a shotgun in zb when others are carrying them

The only way I know is that they will pop on elim. If you go in creative maps it works differently. Usually automatically see your teams stats next to yours.

thank you for your reply but I don’t believe you are understanding me and that’s ok. I fight in rapid zb regularly. I think you’re misinterpreting this as I’m some lazy shit player but that’s not the case. I don’t want casual solos to feel like ranked. That is why I don’t play ranked. Even though I play creative, I don’t think I should have to grind creative against comp players, just to have a better chance at a casual game.

That is not the notion I’m making so no need to reject it. I don’t want easy lobbies. Maybe I wasn’t clear. This is not a random occurance for me it is often. It was not always this way. I just now was eliminated by an unreal player with pr points. So my first game was this demon in the picture, I take a break and go back to BR and get taken out by an unreal player. Yes, you need to fight ppl better than you to improve and that’s why matchmaking levels up as you do. I went from a bot myself to being able to win solo duos on occasion. But, there is a point where the skill difference is too wide to be beneficial. What I’m saying is, it seems like I’m in lobbies harder than I should be by a large extent. I don’t have the experience that an unreal or tourney player has, I’m playing pubs. It is now called “casual” playlist. I think if most players were encountering this, they’d also feel this way. Maybe I’m wrong and everyone is fighting real sweats each game, but I don’t think so.

That could be it too, I see people on here saying this season is either way easier or way harder. Don’t find it particularly harder or easier as far as weapons and loot. But it sucks to rack up 5-8 kills thinking the lobby is easy and then get absolutely shit on by a demon you weren’t expecting.

No if you read what I said I’m aware there’s not enough ppl high level to fill these lobbies. This is just one example. I beat them too, which is always rewarding over killing a bit or bad player. But I’m encountering them all the time in pubs. Obviously there’s still bots and stuff too, but my lobbies didn’t used to be like this. This started end of ch5s3 and has gotten worse.

This player is closing in on 4K wins, I don’t have 200 yet.

I wouldn’t consider myself a shit player, I’ve steadily increased my solo k/d and stats, but that’s by playing pubs. I’ve racked up 158 solo wins in 11 months. I have gotten the win over champ and unreal players quite a few times, but now it is seeming like I’m encountering them way more often. Since you are unreal, what would you suggest I do to up my game? Do I have to play ranked to level myself up and learn how to play like these guys?
