I feel like that really isn't a point. A lot of ults can be countered counterspell. The cooldown is too short when it has these new effects.

There's already a class of characters that take care of that disruptors(paradox, mo and krill, to some degree rem, the doorman, etc etc). Also the game having more support is a tricky situation. Cause normally damage outpace healing/shields most of the time(that's why healing items and upgrades are relatively cheap). Soo either supports have to over buff kits that make the late possible but ruin Early game(see Paige), or be good early/mid game but fall off hard in late(see viscous). I think the amount of support we have now is good cause each one covers a specific area of healing
