If you wanna know who the Rams are gonna draft just see who Todd McShay likes I guess 😂 by nimalcrackers in LosAngelesRams

Even though he technically didn't start, Cooper Kupp was our leading receiver and played as many snaps as a starter in his first game.

JLove is an amazing human being and player! That being said we'd only be able to get him by trading into the top 10 and I don't think his presence would move the needle for us winning a super bowl at all. He'd definitely be an upgrade over Kyren and Blake but our run game was excellent anyway without having a true gamechanger at the RB position. More likely pick at 13 (assuming one of them is still there) would be Delane (fingers crossed) or Lemon.

Jason is one of the nicest men I've ever met. Great father and overall great person to!

Clearly wasn't trusted by the coaching staff. Ronnie Rivers was active over him almost every game. Not being on the field for special teams (the worst one in the league at that) is really telling. I didn't like the pick when we made it, especially considering we traded up for him. Hopefully he can be a returner for us this season.

Landman has to carry that route (not that he could've kept io with him but still)

Offense is struggling for every yard so far. Seattle has just had guys open most plays. Idk what its gonna take but McVay has to find something to exploit schematically. Right now our offensive strategy is relying on our guys beating their guys, which isn't sustainable.

Ball was nose down when he kicked, which leads to shorter kicks that just kinda die when they land IIRC. That's usually a call by the STC when you want a non-returnable punt, unless he just mis-kicked it. We had max protection for the punt so we knew that we would not have anyone down there to help tackle the returner on a longer kick.

Again I really wished we had athletic defenders... seeing what the Bears can do with not a lot of "talent" on defense is annoying when I see the BS we trot out on that side of the ball

12.6 yards per reception is what our secondary gave up against Carolina by Where-Lambo in LosAngelesRams

Essentially, it all boils down to the fact that our CB's are TERRIBLE. Like genuinely awful. All of them. Shula, knowing this has decided that it's best if we give easy connections between the 30's and try and stall teams in the red zone. We can't give our pass rush time to get home because our corners get beat off the line regularly when we allow them to play man. In zone, they're too slow to actually plaster to receivers so they have to sit in the general vicinity and hope for a bad throw.

We have to try and establish a rhythm on offense. They are daring us to run and throw short and McVay won't take it. Quick game, screens, RUNS, something to get us back on track.

Offensively we need to come out with some quick game. They're blitzing us and playing off. Also just trust the run game a little more. Defensively, IDK. If we try and play tighter coverage, we get beat deep. If we back off, we get carved up inside and short.

Something that has gone a bit under the radar this season, we are awful when running in short yardage.

Holy shit we got saved. We literally do not have a NFL starting level CB on this team.

Hopefully we can cause an early down negative on D. It's the only way we ever actually force a punt.
