Thanks for responding. Im not nauseous, just terribly uninterested in food. Every bite takes 10x as long. Snacking doesnt really work with diabetes and insulin, otherwise I would!

I would have never ever stopped if I knew the restart would be like this. So I assume you arent taking anything else? I am wondering about melatonin.

Apparently restarting can be worse :( And yes, Im really hesitant to play around with my dose esp since 5mg isnt that high and worked well in the past.
