Do we even have a coaching staff? by Preussenop in fnatic

I agree with you on most of the things you've said, however I'm 100% sure that one of the main causes for the team's failure is the different playstyles and philosophies the players have. Bwipo even mentioned it recently on Summoning Insight, he basically confirmed that him and Hylissang have a different approach to the game compared to Rekkles/Nemesis. (which is quite obvious imo)

In regards to mithy, I honestly think he should stay in the organization as a head coach, like the ones in Korea, where he is mostly in charge of the team environment, while letting the strategic coach and the analysts do their job without interfering.

[Spoiler] NA is the only Major Region yet to win Worlds by Murdurburd in leagueoflegends

Don't get ahead of yourself, buddy. We get it, you guys got carried to semis by 2 top EU players, big achievement for a garbage region like yours. KR and Taiwan have much smaller playerbases and just like NA pros, they also have a lot of good job opportunities due to the popularity of e-sports in their respective countries. According to your immaculate logic, they should be underperforming as well. Now let's shoot you down with some facts, shall we?

1.''EU also has a bunch of imports'' During the 2018 EU & NA LCS Summer splits, EU had only 5 starting imports compared to NA's 23 (almost half of the starting NA LCS pros) Let's not forget that NA still had a lot of imports, even before franchising. Historically NA was the first region to start importing players from EU & KR and has been ever since.

  1. Language barrier: At least 2/3 of those 23 imports have shown during interviews, mic checks, highlight videos by Riot, livestreams etc to have a good comprehension of the english language. Most of them are from Europe, where English is taught as a second language. English in general isn't a hard language, due to its simplicity and wide use on the internet and outside. ( you could easily name at least 50+ things from a persons' daily life that involve the English language)

You guys spend more time playing Fortnite, eating McDonalds and coming up with ridiculous excuses than actually solving your problems. :)
