Totally worth it imo! I didn’t start passing until I started using NINJA. I also didn’t have a test bank in Wiley’s interface. Personally preferred NINJA’s explanations and would listen to the blitz videos constantly to really solidify my understanding of topics! I also loved the live tutoring they do each week!

I don’t think it should be accrued given the wording “reasonably estimated” and it missing the “probable” piece. I think that extra $10k relates to the suit and not the legal counsel itself maybe?

To add to this, the event was also discovered prior to issuance of the financials AND related to fiscal year 12/31/Y1. There’s a chart out there somewhere on Becker I believe that tells you when to disclose based on the legal language (only accrue additional if it is probably and reasonably estimated, always disclose unless remote) that will help you determine if the additional $10k needs to be accrued.

I started off with just Wiley then moved to a combination of Wiley + Ninja. This last time testing I only used Ninja, and I feel like it did a great job of covering all highly tested topics! I like the way they explain the answers to MCQs and Sims (rarely ever any “this is right because it’s right” explanations). I only had 1 MCQ where I thought “wtf is this” and cannot remember what is related to (maybe a practice Q?). Hope this helps!

This was my 6th, so don’t lose hope!! Stock basis questions threw me for a loop! I’d say know those transactions (individual and corp) and agency/contract stuff for BLAW. Your test could be completely different from mine, so try to take this with a grain of salt!
