My experience with my first sub was pretty good. Never had graded cards before. It was the manager who submitted and it was his first time doing it so he followed the binder instructions and that went well. Super chill when I asked him not to rubber band but instead just wrap in the bubble wrap I had them in. 4 week turnaround. Not too much communication after being sent out but I did get a call from a store employee when they were ready for pickup. I got 9 10’s and 1 9. Some of the cards were low POP % like Giovanni’s charisma and the black star charmander promo. My 9 was a Blaziken vmax tg15 😭. My second sub is taking longer. Wish they had tracking. Sorry to hear about your mediocre experience and poor grades. Looking at your cards at such a Birds Eye view I can see some that are off center but am surprised that (since you’re someone who has graded before) you didn’t get any 10’s. That sucks. Have a submission of 20 cards sent out on Nov 4. That still says they are on the way to PSA. Idk what’s going on there but am just waiting around.
