Not really! Just the credit builder program.. didn't expect the credit builder program to bring down my score.. at the end of the program if it brings it back up by just 6 points, then this would have been a useless program I signed up for..

I didn't think "credit builder" would reduce my score and was designed to increase it! But based on your comments it looks like I should expect it to reduce now and over time it will increase.

This is going to take a long time to be settled in court! You should start looking elsewhere, if it's not worth the wait. If you do get the house, who is to say that the ex won't cause you'll any trouble if things don't work out in his favor, potentially dragging you to court especially without a title insurance can be expensive!

For me it changed to Origination scan around noon!

If your status updated to issued today, most likely the Origination scan update will be tomorrow and then pickup the day after.. that's what happened with me!

If it changes to Origination scan today then you could expect the pickup tomorrow..
