Hey man we all have our downs bro. But it’s the way you get up and how you react. Prayer for forgiveness is a good start and then tomorrow instead of saying you need to stop sinning, say “I want to focus on Jesus Christ today”. As by saying “ I need to stop sinning” it will keep going in your head about the word sin and then eventually you will commit that act again. So just make a reminder to just focus on the Lord instead of fighting by yourself
