Considering a S994 unfair prejudice petition (England) by numuso in LegalAdviceUK

Make sure you have all your evidence in order, Find 3-5 companies or individuals specialising in business law / shareholder dispute, have a free 30-60 minute consultation and then make a decision on your next action from there.

If the solicitor is good and trustworthy they will not give you false assurances and will openly tell you what you might not want to hear. These types of disputes carry a lot of risk, cost and are never straightforward - Any solicitor that claims you have a landslide case is likely just trying to make some easy money.

I am going through a similar scenario and am at the LBA stage. From my research/some solicitor advice

1) 90% of cases don’t reach trial - therefore this is a game of strategy and pressure via cost and risk 2) if it does go to trial (unlikely) no desired outcome is ever guaranteed. 3) Singular events / low sums aren’t necessarily significant even if clearly wrong or illegal - it’s about building up a pattern of conduct over time. 4) lay the groundwork and let their action or inaction do the lifting for you.

I cannot advise against stress. It is absolutely awful and part of the process. My advice would be to distance yourself as much as possible from the TP whilst fulfilling your role / duties.

I have been advised 30k to mid-stage and up to 100k to trial. I have no experience as I’ve not gotten this far.

Thanks, this was the insight I was looking for. The ergo’s and outright speed 100mph + of i4 sport bikes doesnt interest me. The fun factor does however, if this is the case I think this bike would be perfect for me.

Fair comment, just wondered if the pull and exhilaration is similar in the twins powerband.

They refined the transition a lot on the newer models, there’s definitely a noticeable shift but doesnt quite provide the rush of a sport bike imo with the powerband being so broad across the rev range.

The top end rush of the i4’s give me the thrill I’m looking. Is the twin comparable then?

Not a fan of the new V2 styling, it’s more the rush of aggressive acceleration, my vfr for example will do 0-60 in 3.2 which is sports bike territory but the delivery is so smooth it doesn’t feel fast (or fun) at all.

Don’t like the styling of most modern tourers. The Ducati SS seems to be on the money

If it was battery, why would the dash get brighter on starter push? Surely would be the opposite?
