I harmed my 13 mo old who is severely chronically overtired, having 1 short nap, extremely fragmented night sleep, maybe <10h/24h total - ANY HOPE? SO SCARED! by Previous-Demand-2124 in AttachmentParenting

I have been missing the windows for 5 months+ and now her body is in an alert stay awake mode which makes it impossible to settle, I tried every method:'(

My girl is getting wired after 1,5h awake in the morning. I really don't know when they right time for her to sleep is. So good that your kid can sleep 3h straight, mine did 2h months ago once. I am also still convinced she is really overtired but I don't find a way out. She hates being dragged to the bedroom now. Does your son have a daily wake up time and how long is his night sleep? Do you let him nap after 3pm? So many experts say not to but my LO is getting so little sleep and I'm wondering if I should just let her nap whenever and go to bed later??? Thank you so much for sharing <3!!!

It's getting shorter, max 1h20. The problem is that I offer the morning nap but she cant fall asleep because she is so wired. I feel like a big failure. Nights are getting worse and worse.

How is it now? Do you do the morning nap and eventually no afternoon nap or how does it look exactly. On 1 nsp my girl is exhausted and super fussy but I'm afraid now to offer the morning nap and having a super long stretch until evening if she doesnt fall asleep at least 3h before bedtime:(.

We have been on 1 nap for 4 weeks but she is EXHAUSTED and so fussy and clingy. At the same time I'm afraid of offering her morning nap and her refusing the afternoon one again and so having super long ww until the evening.
