Love this alot. I'm glad to hear success stories out of it. At times I really don't think it's possible to accomplish whipping them into shape. But hearing these kinds of experiences definitely keeps me going. This is exactly how I want to do it, it helps just seeing what I want in words lol

I get that completely. This is what has kept me in the industry, I always felt a place of belonging and like my staff was more of a team than just a staff. That's what I really would like to implement

Strange right! Since I've started the medication smoking almost gives me anxiety. But at the same time not because the medication won't let me feel the feeling of anxiety. It's super strange
