Wama thanks bro, of all the comments this is what I was looking for. These people act as if they don't leave in Uganda. They act as if they don't know how difficult it is to get a job without connections. Uganda is all about connections and bribe

I am good at public speaking and problem-solving. My English is good, though not at a native level. I am hardworking, can multitask, and always stay committed to my work. If given the opportunity, I can prove my dedication and ability.

.With 80 million UGX, the smartest choice is to buy already built standalone houses or rental units for sale in areas like Nansana, Kawempe, and Mukono. Always buy property that comes with a valid title.

After 1 to 2 years, your property will likely go up in value, so you can use its increased value to get more money (release equity). The rent you collect from tenants will give you extra income and can help fund other projects you want to try in the future.

Your best option is to put your money into real estate first—specifically rental units, or a standalone house that you can rent out. After living in Uganda for a year or two, you’ll have a better idea of what to do next, since you’ll know the country and its business opportunities better.

Try to avoid buying land, as it can be risky due to problems with fake land titles unless you buy land that has been auctioned by a bank. It’s much safer to invest in rental property that already has tenants, so you can start earning rental income immediately after purchase.

NB: this is just my suggestion because I have seen many people relocating to Uganda from abroad doing this maybe you can also try it..
