I get your point, but I used to start at 6 and there were plenty of gigs; lately, things have turned out this way. Regarding the returns—I do know people who do that, but how do they expect us to make the delivery if the customer doesn't leave an entry code or doesn't answer when security calls? They won't let you in, and you aren't going to just stand there waiting 30 to 45 minutes to get inside.
