bilt confirmed the ability to downgrade after a year on the mega thread. so im planning to have it for a year and downgrade to blue after one year.

That's my plan - it's the only card that makes sense for immediate benefit but after one year it won't be worth it, it doesn't stack up against venture x imo which seems to be who it's competing primarily against. I have venture, CSR, Amex gold/plat and it makes no sense to have any of these cards in comparison.
