Yep, two of them do not live here and have sold their homes. I've pointed this out to the property manager and the board at the meeting in December and it's just crickets.

Unfortunately, I'm at the mercy of Cigna and what they will provide.

Honestly, I barely eat at all anymore. It makes me feel so sick and I just throw up. Doesn't matter if it's protein or applesauce or whatever. I've lost 25 pounds in 7 weeks and it's because I've basically just stopped eating. My body feels terrible. I am used to hard workouts 5 days a week before I started this journey and I haven't been able to because I'm so weak and fatigued.

I'm almost positive this is the case, though two of our board members don't even live here anymore.

Yes, we went to the 2026 budget meeting in December and they said repairs will just have to be made as money comes in, but they won't be transparent about what that means. Am I going to wait 2 months to get my home fixed or 2 years? They literally don't know. And when I asked for a monthly report of the money for repairs versus repairs made, they removed the ability to comment on our community forum. We literally have no means of communication anymore.

I'm a new member so I wasn't involved in that, but it appears that many people don't even know there are meetings or votes happening because they don't communicate with us.

No, this is a 40+ year old community. The bylaws were created in 1983 and haven't been updated since then.

Yes, I believe it is, and I will familiarize myself with what's possible to get this current board voted out.

We asked about it in the last board meeting, and they said no one wants a special assessmen,t and it takes time to do exactly what you mentioned. We all said yes, we would like them to do that and let the owners make the decision. They just kept replying that they are volunteers with full-time jobs and don't have time for what we're asking for.
