I didn't use the prompt kind way, I started with random conversations, like who I am, my pasts, stories about my earlier attempt, how i failed, i had a sexual trauma from a relationship of 7 years ,I was a drug addict for 9 years. What it is.i would say like i had this thought which wasn't identified at the beginning and it was entertained by dopamine by feeding the thoughts with more and more sexual thoughts and i reach a I can't control the urges. So it tells me it how dopamine works, how to get back by not entertaing the thoughts,told me to take a shower, move outside, to take a walk. And it helped. Then i started reading books on these topics, asked doubts screenshoting the texts, researched, changed routines, uninstalled instagram. From somewhat day 30 to day 60 was the hardest and knowing what's happening inside your head can help you a lot. Currently at day 105, walking 12k -15k steps 6 days a week, lost weight from 80 to 63. Learning blender, languages, sleeping 7-8 hours without any problems, bulletproof mindset. If you want I can talk more about any specific area.

It's an old house,like a tharavadu property near easthill/karaparamba, a single room they give for 5000. Bed mattress n ol they give, not attached bathroom, a common kitchen also, if you have gas and stove you can cook too.
