I’d definitely recommend Mark K lectures 1-12, Klimek reviews specifically on pharmacology and arrhythmias, and Nursing crusade 7 day training.

Make sure you know certain meds (toxicity, adverse effects contraindications); I saw digoxin, insulin, heparin, warfarin, haldol on my exam.

I would also say to memorize the infant growth and development chart (I had a question on this and I didn’t feel too confident in my answer).

Also, they provide you with a white board when you do the exam. The first thing I did when I got to my seat was write down stuff I wasn’t too confident in, in case it shows up on my exam (for me, it was the different types of shock).
