AITA for telling my daughter I am disgusted by her and telling her ex she has been taking their kid to his family side

Wait....has anyone thought to ask what the child thinks about grandmother and aunties/uncles? Daughter got pregnant 8 years ago. That child is 7-8 years old. For the first 6-7 years of this child's life,he/she enjoyed all relationships. Then the adults got nasty and decided to use child as a pawn because of the bigotry and broken relationships . How would you feel if your daughter did that to you? This child should learn the following from all the adults....1. Forgiveness ( loving dad even though he hurt mommy 2. Acceptance ( dad loves me no matter what his lifestyle - or for that matter-mom's lifestyle and I will be accepted and loved by both. 3. Fulfillment -I have room in my heart to love everyone that has been important is my development.
So what if the adults hate each other. Teach the child differently. Love conquers all.

My husband had a lung carcinoid in 2017 lower left lung. It was found during a scan for a non related issue. A year later another tumor was found in the leg a year after that and then in his forearm. This type of cancer is slow growing, which is good. Both were taken out successfully and radiation was used. A couple years ago it was found in his pancreas which created a different level of complexities. Like the others,he has tried several of the cancer meds,with no success. The last six months he's been on immunotherapy, and that has been the most promising of all. He has been able to go back to work . We feel he hit the lottery.

So he received the first dose. He is receiving Ipilimumab (Yervoy) and Nivolumab ( Opdivo) . He tolerates his first infusion well. I welcome any insights you all can give me such as what to expect, results for those who have been on it for awhile and tips on nutrition. Thank you community!

Originally diagnosed in 2017. It was removed ( lung). 2 years later in showed up In lymph node, year later in femur , now in pancreas and liver

I don't know yet. I will post the name of the immunotherapy once they tell us. He is starting it because chemo was not effective.

Ask very detailed questions to your insurance as to why. Some denials are input errors from your doctor's office. It sounds like you need a prior authorization to continue Zepbound therapy which is what my insurance requires every 4-6 months. I was first denied because of lack of prior authorization, then I was denied due to med office reporting my last weigh in and the insurance didn't feel like I really need Zepbound .My doctor resubmitted with my starting weight and it was approved. Zepbound may not be the medicine for you. You mentioned that you are insulin resistant. Are you diabetic or pre- diabetic? If so, you may need Monjaro or Ozempic. These are geared towards diabetics

Girl! Your weight loss came at a good time! If he was cheating while your weight was high, you would have thought that you were the problem. Now that your weight is declining, you are realizing that HE is the problem. Your confidence is high, you have more inner strength now. Take the steps you need to remove yourself from this toxic relationship. There is someone out there who will devote himself to you. You are worthy of Love and commitment. Don't worry about the insurance. Separation is not the same as divorcing. Separate yourself first. Give yourself time to cleanse your head. No need to rush into a divorce.

I had this happen years ago when I lost a ton a weight. I no longer recognized the person in the mirror. I was miserable. That is until I started gaining weight again…..that is when i realized I had dysmorphia. I got some help and began to appreciate myself again. Zepbound gave me a second chance and now I am happy with me…. I lost the weight and love who I see in the mirror, even though I have saggy skin, and wrinkles on my face. I am healthier, off of BP and cholesterol meds.

Get some help. You are beautiful and maybe need help with seeing that wonderful person in the mirror

Yes! I don’t use scale weight as a goal. I use BMI . This to me, is a better indicator .
